I worked at a whole food supermarket and vendors for bottled juices tried to explain how great their products were. Unfortunately anything bottled for retail IS typically flash pasteurized. This means it's dead, not fresh... It's really sad how some consumers aren't educated about this! Fresh juice bars are the way to go!!!
Cold Hpp is better than heat flash pasteurization. Most brands do this now.

@@kendall7086 most cold press juice big brands like suja use high presure pastureization, meaning it does not get heated up, rather something like 80,000 pounds of pressure in a pressure chamber kills off the bacteria. Instead of using heat.
