This is part 129 of the series (Boxes 240-241) and I do plan on updating it from each penny box I hunt from this point forward until the penny coin collection is nearly completed! I will say in advance that once we get to a point where it is nearly impossible to add any more wheat cents to the album, we will then halt the series and try to fill the rest of the slots with existing finds or coins in my duplicates collection. Keep hunting and good luck! They're still out there for us to find! That was a great first box! Wow! I really enjoy these hunt-and-fill series and I agree - keep going as long as you can to fill that book! Another great video!
Sweet hunt!!!! Been hunting alot of customer wrapped penny rolls in my area recently and found something I never thought I would have found. Finally found an 1858 Flying Eagle Cent!!! Plus a few of the rolls were all wheaties! Gotta love those customer wrapped rolls, especially when someone turns in their collection. I posted a pic of it on my community tab. Good luck on the next hunt!
If only that 1939 was a Denver, only 15 million minted of those! Dang Rob, you were due for a great box, and you deserve it! It's really nice to see steel pennies on bank wrapped rolls, doesn't happen often!
Crazy 3 Steel Cents in one box and all look original. I agree keep the hunt going. Love the album hunt and fill series. One of the best things for Coin Collector on the Tube.
630am here in England but I had to watch your penny hunt before I start my day. Penny collecting was how I started my coin collecting days and I filled the first book with the exception of the 1955 DD and the 1960 small date. One day soon I will fill it. 😀
That first box was stellar! I almost wonder if that wasn't a small collection dump by some kid, especially with the three steel cents you found. It's a shame there wasn't any fillers out of that bonanza, but you did have some good upgrades!
Hey Rob, I just went through a four box hunt and had similar results as you. First Box 16 wheat cents, nothing fancy, second box 19 with some early dates then box 3 had 33 and box 4 had 35 wheat cents. Incredible hunts we both had. I had a total of 27 pre 1940 which is just insane, and a total of over 100 wheaties found combined. The penny gods have been answering our prayers! And yes, I went back to the bank as soon as I could to get more!
Absolute incredible hunt. The magnetic part on the coin sorter must have failed. That was like searching a penny box from the 90s. Sooo many wheaties. Awesome.
I bought $10 in pennies today but only got two wheat pennies. The first one was a 57D which is very common but at least the second one was a 52S which I don’t see too often. Tomorrow I’m going to get some more my lucky bank in New York.
Not sure if you eat at Taco Bell, but on their sauce packets they have sayings and on 1 of the sayings is "Makes Me Happy", which is what you always say. Lol. I tried to send you a picture of it, but I couldn't see how. Oh well.
I did 10 rolls of a pennies yesterday, got 4 Wheaties, 1938 -P went in the book, one 2009, seven 2017-P. My copper total not counting my extra Wheaties is at 12lbs
I had a box last week and each roll had 1-3 wheat cents, literally every roll in the box, but no more than 3 and no less than 1? How does that happen? I feel like that has to be a human error?
Got a jar of steelies (50 total) most are philly mint seen some from Denver's only have 3 from San Fran. Also have a jar of wheaties dates vary from 1900 -08 ( only have 12) 1909 and up. I think it's around 150 in total wheaties with 12 Indian heads.
definitive no mercy with that first box i dont know in te time thet i follow you ihave seen you picking 1 /1943 but today it make history we see it all congrat
Just curious.... What do you do with the wheats you don't need? I also collect wheats in rolls by date and mint mark. After a roll is filled, they go back in Circulation. Enjoyed the video Have a Jesus filled day everyone Greg in Michigan
Hey Rob, love the videos. I'm always happy to see a new one. When do you plan on starting that Canadian book? I'm up here in 🇨🇦 so interested in what you got there
This is pretty much what I used to get in my boxes before mid-2021, then the amount of wheaties tanked. I used to average 20-30 wheaties a box, and now get 8-12! Same with all the silver, used to find tons of them, now barely any. (Expect dimes, which I still do well in.) Nickels have been impacted the least. I used to get 15-20 early Jefferson nickels and now I get 12-15 in a box. And more silver than before in them. I’m starting to think that my rolls are drying up, and there’s not much left.
I'd say all dates are findable; would just need someone who doesn't care about coins to get ahold of their grandparent's coin collection. Thanks for another hunt
I found a decent 1913 D on the floor at an estate sale. And it was a filler for me!! I know the people running the sale and I showed them the coin and they didn't care really at all.
Looks like somebody's grandpa passed away, and the grandkids cashed in the water jugs he's been filling with change since 1962 or so. Get back to that same bank and get some nickles, dimes, and quarters, quick!
How did a steel penny make it through the coin counters? All the coin machines in my area reject steel pennies ,silver dimes, quarters and half dollars. The silver weight is different and so are the steel pennies weight. Unless the machines check them some other way.

Interesting demonstration of the magnet on the side if the rolls.
Yeah, I used to check rolls like that but got away after never seeing steelies.
That was a great first box! Wow! I really enjoy these hunt-and-fill series and I agree - keep going as long as you can to fill that book! Another great video!
That’s crazy 3 steel pennys 🎉
Searched my first quarter box today, it ended up having a 1964 D in it! So happy! Nice finds today, Rob!!
Nice!
Sweet hunt!!!! Been hunting alot of customer wrapped penny rolls in my area recently and found something I never thought I would have found. Finally found an 1858 Flying Eagle Cent!!! Best of luck my brother
Wheaty dump!! At least some steels!! I'm so glad you got that box!! Over half a roll of wheats in one box manheim!! Excellent 🤘
Wow! I found quite an old wheat penny from 1926 on 4-11-23! They’re quite uncommon to find than those from the 40s and 50s
Nice catch on that collection dump 👍
Upgraded and steels.
As always thanks for sharing the fun.
Watching and hunting with you a box I got in Oregon when working last week
Wow! Amazing box Rob. Congrats and thanks as always for the great content.
Wow Rob, that first box was a "Steel" 😀 what a wonderful hunt, great job as always! Happy Hunting, Stephen
If only that 1939 was a Denver, only 15 million minted of those! Dang Rob, you were due for a great box, and you deserve it! It's really nice to see steel pennies on bank wrapped rolls, doesn't happen often!
Good boxes. Love seeing the Canadian Cents in them.
Nice first box bud!! 3 steel is a good find.
You are right, box 240 was amazing. Congratulations on finding those three steel cents along with all those early date wheat cents 🎉
Nice! Boxes like that sure makes one glad they did a search. LOL
Crazy 3 Steel Cents in one box and all look original. I agree keep the hunt going. Love the album hunt and fill series. One of the best things for Coin Collector on the Tube.

What an AWESOME penny box! This is why we hunt!
Wow, that was an incredible hunt, Rob! Thanks so much for sharing!!
Great wheat finds especially the teens and steel cents! Last month I hunted a box and ended up with 20 wheats
Mama Mia! That first box was smokin' hot! Congrats on the oldies and the steelies. And the upgrades!
Great hunt again good sir! Also keep these up!
That was a nice crop of wheat in the first box! Congrats

Hey Rob, I just went through a four box hunt and had similar results as you. Hey rob your videos are the best of the best coin roll hunting videos great work rob!
I agree!
This is me drooling over that 1910 especially. The only ones I have in the teens are roadkill from my grandpa’s stash.
Awesome hunt, Rob. Congrats!
Awesome hunt Rob!
Congrats Rob!, I also think you should keep the hunt going
wow great hunt
Absolute incredible hunt. The magnetic part on the coin sorter must have failed. That was like searching a penny box from the 90s. Sooo many wheaties. Awesome.
A lot of really nice finds , awesome. 👍👌
Even with high mintage you don't find 1910 and 1916 in circulation any more. Very nice.
Good finds Rob 👍
I bought $10 in pennies today but only got two wheat pennies. The first one was a 57D which is very common but at least the second one was a 52S which I don’t see too often. Tomorrow I’m going to get some more my lucky bank in New York.
What an amazing box! Awesome!
Wow that 1st box was sizzling Rob, congrats on those wheaties brother 👍
Not sure if you eat at Taco Bell, but on their sauce packets they have sayings and on 1 of the sayings is "Makes Me Happy", which is what you always say. Lol. I tried to send you a picture of it, but I couldn't see how. Oh well.
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO
I'd love to find just one steel cent! That first box was great.
I did 10 rolls of a pennies yesterday, got 4 Wheaties, 1938 -P went in the book, one 2009, seven 2017-P. My copper total not counting my extra Wheaties is at 12lbs
Great finds. 3 steel cents. Nice video .
I cant believe you found 3 steels in 1 box being so rare....crazy all Philly's
I hear ya... never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd find steel cents in a bank box from my area, let alone 3.
That first box was great.
My grandpa gave me a container of wheat penny and one of the pennies was a 43 s
Is that a semi or key date?
@Yo_mama64 no it’s not a semi or key date. But from what I see they are hard to find
@@duhbeans5570 thanks
I’m looking through customer wrapped bank rolls of Pennies right now
So far the Wheaties are kinda sparse
@@yo_mama6414 good luck. You never know when your going to get a Indian head penny
✌️🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Awesome 1st box! 🎉 wow
Awesome hunt rob👍
Petition to add 43 D and 43 S because of 3 steel cents in one box
looks like first box was a collection dump awesome hunt
Eh, i don't think it was a collection dump
I think part of one, maybe a small part of it.
dude, three steel cents in one box?! go buy a lottery ticket with that luck!
Great finds,thanks for sharing
I was at a estate sale this weekend and multiple coffee jars full of change. I tried very hard to buy them but Not for sale
That would have been cool to grab for sure!
Yeah, ya gotta keep this series going! Especially after a box like Box 1!
8th! Hi nice hunt. Fresh Salmon Smoked Salmon
If you start a new series you should still put the rare ones you don’t have into this book
Awesome!
Dandy Dates found!
I had a box last week and each roll had 1-3 wheat cents, literally every roll in the box, but no more than 3 and no less than 1? How does that happen? I feel like that has to be a human error?
"COLLECTION DUMP"!👍
Thanks for the video!
Now Pennies, fortified with IRON!!!!!
I'm amazed you got steel cents. Most machines pull them out because they are magnetic.
Exactly! You can count on ONE HAND the amount I have found in bank rolls (well, not anymore).
Spectacular hunt!!
Omg he’s back with another bangerrrrr
Hard to beat a good box
definitive no mercy with that first box i dont know in te time thet i follow you ihave seen you picking 1 /1943 but today it make history we see it all congrat
Just curious....
What do you do with the wheats you don't need?
I also collect wheats in rolls by date and mint mark.
After a roll is filled, they go back in Circulation.
Enjoyed the video
Have a Jesus filled day everyone
Greg in Michigan
I keep them rolled up until I make mixed wheat penny rolls.
Hey Rob, love the videos. I'm always happy to see a new one. When do you plan on starting that Canadian book? I'm up here in 🇨🇦 so interested in what you got there
After box 250 of the series it will be implemented brother!
love it

Somebody is going to be happy I put about 15 steel cent in rolls also old 30's wheats lots with mint mark to make someone think they Scored ;)
Keep going Rob. 😊
I just found my second W quarter today
Congratulations
Congratulations
Congratulations
Congrats for sure!
Congrats
What do yo do with the copper pennies you weighed?
Heck of a box Rob. Collection dump?
Likely part of one, I think. Hoping to see more of it since I do have more boxes to hunt!
again, heck of a box. Can't remember last time I saw a steel in the wild, never mind three in a box.
Nice hunt. Too bad there were no additions.
I know. It's tough to find the ones I am missing at this point!
Last vid I told you I got an Indian head penny that was the last box I hunted now my next box that I am hunting right now I got another one 😄
WHAT?
BOOM!
1 was a 1895 and the other was a 1907
Wow
Oh yeah!
Nice hunt
I found a decent 1913 D on the floor at an estate sale. And it was a filler for me!! I know the people running the sale and I showed them the coin and they didn't care really at all.
Does anyone know where I can get this specific book, new or used?
I just picked up three boxes, and they look like two of them are hunter's returns 😢 not a single copper!
Where did you get that magnet? I’ve been using my watch band closure. LOL.
Looks like somebody's grandpa passed away, and the grandkids cashed in the water jugs he's been filling with change since 1962 or so. Get back to that same bank and get some nickles, dimes, and quarters, quick!
this hunt is meant to be lol, 3 steel cents in a hunt, it's telling us all something.
How did a steel penny make it through the coin counters? All the coin machines in my area reject steel pennies ,silver dimes, quarters and half dollars. The silver weight is different and so are the steel pennies weight. Unless the machines check them some other way.
My last box I got was box with holes had two ender and only two more in rolls 4 all together in the box
👍
Yay
