shane No it’s not. It’s not funny when someone’s fat. It’s called bullying. You don’t just make jokes about someone’s fat and their health, especially not your family. Even if the victim is laughing, that’s still not right. Plus, it doesn’t work out with Jonah. He’s already done a work out with Jeff for an hour when it was planned for a week. In the beginning of this video, he wanted change the total weight of the family to lose from 50 to 35. He had cans in his pocket. At the end of the video, we see what’s gonna happen next week, and Jonah gets pissed off when Jeff wants him to workout, even when the rest of his family are working out together. You can see this when in the beginning, Jonah (in his interview) says he’s gonna take it seriously (guess not). Vardon and Suzy are doing great. Vardon doesn’t say no to a run. Suzy actually cares about her well being and has a lot to say in her interview about. They care about their health. So again, it’s not funny when someone’s fat. I don’t find Jonah funny at all in this video. He thinks the whole thing is a joke, when someone (his own friend) wants to take the time to help everyone lose weight and he doesn’t want to use that time (and it’s only just a week experiment). Like, what’s the point. I have no hate against Jonah, but if you’re gonna say that fat people are more funnier, then you’re wrong.

I can only reply but not make my own comments
I was overweight once, then i realized how easy it is to lose weight. Before you start dieting, i suggest you download an app and start measuring the food you eat, read food labels and basically understand calories. Its much easier than it sounds. Then you can find your maintenance calories and drop that number for something like 500 calories. I didnt even go to the gym, i just did that and lost many pounds, then got motivated and starting walking too, now 1 year later im 5 11 and 165pounds, Dropped over 60 pounds of fat and all i did was count my food(sometimes eyeball it) and walk as much as i can. I didnt even cut off junk food. I dont want to brag or anything, i just wanna say that its so easy to lose weight, you dont have to completely cut off junk food, start going to the gym and eat grass. There are much more simple and easier ways to do it :)
Vardon has what it takes to succeed. I just hope nicks cynicism doesn’t get to him because he’s still young and impressionable. I’m rooting for him. The rest of the family too, but nick is on my nerves.

@@jacob_trowbridge 10 pounds in 1 week is not a realistic number. not to mention you cannot lose 10 pounds in a week in a healthy way at that weight and you cannot truly help an overweight person in 1 week. it takes months to years to get overweight you cannot fix the issue in one week.

Idk if you're using this video, David's vlogs, or both to back your point but there's no need to write them off like that. And to back up squid, they dont even have to do exercise to lose weight. The family could probably lose 50 pounds just by cutting out soda, or drinking diet soda and scaling down their portions a tiny bit.
When you're obese, the beginning weight comes off fast, its the getting going, or not giving into your old ways thats the hard part. Susie and vardon both seemingly want it, and thats more important than them refusing to exercise. If they lost the first 20 pounds, they'd feel motivated to working out and seeing more results. But and this a big but. I didn't see anyone refuse to exercise? They all were at the workout and participated. Some more than others but they all showed up.
