I think Vardan is one of those kids who is going to naturally lose weight as he gets older. In some of David’s older vlogs he was pretty chubby, but he’s actually starting to thin out now.
it’s pretty much just Armenian genes. you get chubby when you’re little and if you’re careful enough you thin out as you grow older.
It depends, you can get taller and you body evens out or your metabolism just gets faste

For sure, especially as he’s been given a lot of positive reinforcement for his weightless ☺️ plus he’s going to have more growth spurts before 18 and even beyond - up to 21. I was kind of short and a little chubby as a kid, the youngest in the family. By 13/14 puberty hit me I had a huge growth spurt (so painful I can still remember the aches in my legs 🥺) and I then become the most lean & also tallest out of my older siblings ☺️ even got to do some professional modelling at 18/19. Don’t judge or underestimate a kid, they have a lot of room to grow (literally) & change fr.

I'm actually impressed by Jonah. Man lost 21 lbs. That's insane because he's known for always doing food videos with Josh. He eats a lot. I hope he actually keeps the weight loss up.
The thing is that they didn't actually lose that weight, they cut that weight. They did lose some weight for sure but a lot of the "lost" weight was purely from dehydrating themselves for a while. Pro fighters do it all the time to make weight for fights and when they rehydrate they go back up 10-15 pounds. Vardon looks like the only one who lost a lot of weight.

Okay children here’s the thing the family probably lost a lot of fat but also gained a heck ton of muscle. They should have had them do a body scan to see how much fat they can lose.

If anything, if you took two guys who were 6"2 and both were in perfect shape, and weighed around 215, but one gained 5 pounds every week, and the other lost 5 pounds every week, the one losing 5 pounds would die first. But if you're just barely underweight or just barely overweight, the one just barely underweight would probably live longer. Moral of the story, both are bad

laura well honestly it’s easier for men to lose weight compared to women. Suzy went and pulled her weight in she just might need to change something’s so it works better for her.
