1.for example 250gms of urad dal 10 to 15 min okay at same time soak time minimum 2 hours
2. Yes off course soft texture to add ice cube like idly,appam batter using ice cubes then help easily increase batter level add ice cube
Fine paste of rice batter best idly,cores of rice batter best for dosai,but I'm usually I'm grind cores of batter using idly,dosai comes better
