I am part of the Fermor family now known in the US is the Farmer family and from what I understand before this stately house was built there was another home before this one that was torn down that Sir George Fermor had, my family has been on this property for centuries….I can go back to 1400’s so far….Sir Richard Fermor my 12th great grandfather, Before that Oxfordshire….
I hope that not too many people will drill such holes in this building! It really is beyond the pale to see such damage being done in the name of modern science.
It's a style to dramatize and sensationalise everything. It's a manipulation of emotions technique, like American reality shows were the background music is louder than the dialogue designed to make the viewer react to the music in the background. It's to tell ppl how to feel without actually saying it .
@@aliciapfingst2549 it is , there is a book called brand washing were it states that a lot of malls use familiar music to make the shopper feel comfortable ( based on the familiar elements) so they shop more . Social engineering works and these are some of its tools . The takeaway from this is if your watching a documentary or a news report about a important topic and it has a lot of music then it's a emotionally manipulative piece rather than a intellectual one as it appeals to your emotions not rational. This person uses a suspense infused tone , we doubt he orders his coffee with the same tone . So it's a put on to get the desired reaction from the viewer . Obviously it didn't work on you . He failed .

Dan is a flamboyant presenter - he does however speak like that when you meet him!
