I enjoyed your review of the two homes. I have a few questions that maybe other would like to know when looking at the two houses you visited. What is the R Value in the walls of each home? Is fiber internet available in this area? Has ethernet jacks wired in to most of the rooms? I am older, so the stacked washer/dryer would be hard for me and maybe others to bend over to get to the lower one. I see a easy walk in shower. But I did not see many hand rails (or none at all) to hold on for older people. I liked the Bamboo first home. Does it have a small backyard? Are the two homes you showed in your video in a HOA? What is the monthly HOA fee? I take it that the Bamboo home has no garage, is this correct? Are both homes all electric and no gas? Thank you for your great video.
I would not live in an HOA community. Sorry. Also, why would you want your view to by your neighbor's house wall or a row of houses around you? The houses are too close together with no greenery blocking the house wall of your neighbor from your window. If you wanted a townhouse or condo, you'd by one. Not for me, but I'm sure they are nice.

So you are saying most cabinets are made outdoors and not in a factory? Interesting. Also, instead of talking about how great the cabinets and windows are, zoom out and pan the rooms and spaces so viewers can see the actual Home, instead of rambling how great the builder is.

And closer homes leads to a stronger sense in community in general And in states like Oregon that are limited to building houses because of NIMBYS destroying housing needs... they tried to make to as close as possible so they can build out as many homes

look it up ichigo builds their homes slightly differently. more energy efficient and they offer differen kinds of upgrades most builders like dr horton/holt/richmand american doesn't

last earthquake around here was about 30 yrs ago. nothing fell out of our cabinets, good to be ready though.

I'd rexommend an unedited walk through. The way you do it, there's no sense of the layout or floor llan of the house.
