Hello sir !
This is first time I am commenting on a video. Actually, I want to share a small problem with you. I am in 10 th grade. In last 2 months I felt very sad and I was not able to concentrate on my studies.
Now I am feeling much better so I feel to share my problem because I feel if someone is also going through this situation can be benefited by your solution.
So, the situation I was going through was that - In my 8 th standard I took admission in CBSE class earlier I was in state board. So, in starting I faced difficulties but the end result was okay. In 8 th standard we had full portion for our final exam. I scored 88 percentage.
So, in ninth standard I started studying hard and focused more in maths because I scored extremely less marks in maths. But my results didn't improve, later I joined tuition and in end I did better than my previous year.
In tenth standard I scored full marks in maths. Everything was going very well. But situation changed in this January and February.
All the things that happened in my ninth standard standard scaring me and haunting ( I know it's weird but that was my condition). Anything that was associated with my ninth standard demotivated me . Again that fear which I had of maths came. I used to cry and sit alone I was not able to concentrate felt very much sad and depressed. I performed very bad my third unit because of that.
But now I am feeling much better.

Simple technique of focus is:
Take a book or newspaper, and search for any alphabet you like fpr example. Alphabet A, now open any page or first page of book or newspaper and try to find and tick that alphabet in each word, line, sentence, paragraph and page. Then do the same for other alphabets your presence and focus will be improve.
