My summary what I have observed:
1 ) If you apply more efforts in solving any problem or Understanding any concept then it stays long in your brain.
2) Write in a blank paper that what you have learned yet
3) revise that main or important topics every alternate day like only for 4 ' 5 minute only.
I learnt so much valuable hacks and scientific and research based technique from this video the STIC Method was Mind Blowing

1. Write physical notes and comment after every valuable video you see what you learnt
2.The Stic Method
If you do not revisit your memory then it's likely to fade so you should take space for learning something
3.Review everything you learn
Revision is very important
What I learnt:
1. When we learn something, thee information is firstly stored in short turm memory and then in long time memory.
2. When we learn something with efforts, we remember it for a long time.
3. One should learn something by using the STIC technique.-

To mere sat bhi esa hota h ki mene koi page padhah aur me jese second page par gaya me sab kuch bhul gaya muskil se jo chize mene page ke last me padi thi sirf vo kuch yaad rahti h aur baki kuch nahi yaad rahta
Aur ese hi baki sab chizo me hoje laga tha
Ab me is video ki learnings ko mere tagboard par lagaunga aur fir jab kuch bhi dekhunga ya sikhunga tab ye methods ko follow karunga
Jo bhi same feel karta h like kardo
Today I learnt the concept of STIC and I'll try to implement this concepts in my daily learning life, i believe it'll help me a alot to keep important things in my memory for long term 🤝
