This house is perfect, I love the placement of the laundry room and bathroom. The huge porch is also great for entertaining a large group and not having them packed inside the house.

Está preciosa! Pero qué pasa si sólo tengo 30 m2 y la luz y aireación sólo pueden venir por arriba? Excepto la parte delantera y trasera que puedo poner puertas y ventanas pequeñas... A los costados no puedo poner más que pared, porque ya es medianera de los 2 lados. Reto para ti... ☺

Can't believe you suffered the size of the living room for patio in the front of the house, I say give it a porch with 2 chairs and small table for coffee an give it a reasonable living living room probably a regular size dining area!! Sad, sad!
