I love your designs. You don't go to the extremes of tiny houses or massive mansions. These small 1 - or 2-bedroom homes are what is lacking in today's market, at least in Australia, where I live. They offer a practical solution for singles or couples who may have a pet or simply prefer a yard to garden, etc, rather than a unit that offers very little to no outdoor space. The only suggestion I would make is to slightly increase the size to include some more practical space, eg, washing machine or a place to park your car in the form of a garage or car port. I also often don't see a refrigerator in your designs. I realise it could be integrated, but there still doesn't appear to be enough space for one.
Love the small hallway that's created for dresser, shelves, and other storage. Those things can really eat up the space of a bedroom and gives you a lot of options with decorating. Maybe even having a desk in the bedroom. Really love this design. My only question is I saw a chimney. Where is the fire place?
Hello. I use Lumion for my renders. All my projects is "5 stars quality" render option. when you render it. it gives amazing result without noise. But need good GPU Wish you succes and don't forget to subscribe to my channel 😀
720 sq ft usa measure , too big for a tiny technically if its over 400 sq ft its too big to be tiny . its small / little at 720 sq ft even if its site built on slab or crawlspace foundation, like this is . pools can be small . housing codes vary internationally but i believe this plan could be built in the usa gulf coast region . it looks like the pool is a plunge style where you swim laps against a current , said current to be created by a recirculating pump and its tanks . i particurlarly like the fridge with its panels concealing it , has the freezer below the fridge , and they have room for dishwashing drawers to the right of the sink ....you could put a all in one combo washer in place of the sink in the bathroom that is the closest to the outside wall . there is already a chimney for the future gas insert under the tv. add a carport and you are good to go
