- Replacing my 50 amp Rv Plug was much simpler than I ever thought it would. The Camco 50 amp replacement plug made it a simple process. Its a repair that was over due on our Tiffin!

This simple repair on my 50 amp power chord was overdue. The Camco replacement plug made the process straightforward.
The manufacturers ought to be ashamed for putting lousy connectors on something so critical. Js. Good video, straightforward to the point.

Awesome job my friend!!! I had to replace my 50 amp plug on our last coach with a new plug that wasn't as nearly as straight forward as this. These plugs take a beating no matter how you try and care for them particularly with a electric cord reel, which probable help pull the installation off the wires & the plug over time. I'm going to pick up a spare and keep it with me. Thanks for sharing!!!

Is it possible to provide better water protection (from the rain) for any replacement connector?
That should work. But I never seen that happen. 13 yrs in my old 2007 diesel motorhome and now 4 yrs in my 2020.

Good job, Ive done this with 30amp plug but now that I have 50amps, I'll carry a spare plug just in case.
