@jamieobrien hawaiin's measure the wave from the back, mainland measure from the front... since waves suck water from the front side to make the wave, front side is usually twice as tall as the backside... that's the explanation.. can't believe i am explaining this to you but here we go..
Ricky Grigg constantly preached measure from the front as he lived in Hawaii....its no longer a debate....the scale used in Hawaii is legit
