    Excellent explanation. This definitely gives me a better sense of why there are two functions that seem similar at first, and yet how they differ significantly.

      @@johnsingh7962 I will suggest closing all other programs. Clean up your system disk. Dump the trash. Try to release some space. make sure you don't have too many things at startup. Sometimes, those plug-in take a lot of space.

    Thank you. I have been curious about this. You said that 'Pull Commands' can be distorted along the curve. Then, I would like to know which situation 'Pull Commands' can be used. I'd appreciate if you let me know. Thank you so much. I have been enjoying and studying by your video. ♥

      HI 이수진 , Welcome to my channel. I use Pull command when I edit a curve on a surface with the control point. and need it to be back on the surface.

    Quick question what would be the best command to extrude these none planar projected curves into solid extrusion from on top of the sphere?

    • @PJChenJewelryDesign
      @PJChenJewelryDesign  2 роки тому +1

      I will use the curve on surface to split the surface. and offset the surface to get the solid.

    • @wuzomed
      @wuzomed 2 роки тому

      @@PJChenJewelryDesign nice that is the way I been going about this sort of extrusion making it a surface and offset. Thought i was going about it the wrong way. Thanks for the speedy response.

    • @PJChenJewelryDesign
      @PJChenJewelryDesign  4 роки тому +1

      @@abdengineer6225 You can flow anything on a surface with Flow Along Surface command. I am not sure what do you mean by "cover it in regular shape". If you try to fix some naked edge, you can try patch, or surface from 2,3,4 curve commands.

    • @PJChenJewelryDesign
      @PJChenJewelryDesign  5 років тому

      Hi. Most of time you don't 3d print screw. The screw needs to be machining instead of casting. but I have a video talking about the concept of screw at ua-cam.com/video/5OZB0LLgRHU/v-deo.html. and for the hinges. what type of hinge. are you talking about liverback?
