The rocking seems to be fast compared to most stretching protocols, which I thought was supposed to be a lot slower.
Also, you mentioned three positions for the rocking, but only show one
    Thanks so much for posting

Yea you are correct! You can defiantly hold the rockers position. Often its not the biggest stretch in the world for people. So by rocking forward/back the person often feels like they are getting more out of it. Also allows you to utilize a band or weight to keep increasing challenge. So if someone has no issue and enjoys holding poses then great! If the have short attention spans, you can still make progress when you do it for 1min straight for 3 sets done weekly if not more frequently

Can you do a show on people who have one hip replacement and a natural hip. I have a family member who does no exercises and I worry.

For some, hip replacement is necessary. Its not a bad thing if you have to have one. Id prefer not to have to go through a surgery. But my beliefs are not going to be the same as everyone. So careful of pushing your beliefs on someone else (unless they ask). That being said, you don't necessarily have to exercise. If someone is fairly active through the day to day life then maybe exercise isn't that necessary.
