I filmed this whole vlog on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The camera isnt perfect and the audio is a bit blown out at times but wowzes... it's a great in-pocket story-telling machine!
Stumbled across your video looking for less crowded place to vacation. Mammoth Lakes/June Lake has gotten so crowded with non fishermen and people who don’t respect the land and wildlife. Looks like a beautiful place and very nice fish.
Thank you. I wish I had time to do more Vlog videos. check out this one ! WOW! Under the bridge! ua-cam.com/video/yzrNLRM_1AQ/v-deo.htmlsi=94ZBq7GNqQqoeOKN
Bro!! Awesome video that place looks so amazing... Nice keeper at the end. Catch & Cook??? Reminds me a lot of my little place I go to Lake Isabella & the Kern River.
RedFly Gaming Oh yeah we had an incredible time and we cooked it at the very very end of the video during the end screen they showed us cooking it on the barbecue in my backyard thanks for watching man I appreciate it
That’s my favorite place to fish!!! Under that bridge at Woodfords T, I just walk east to I make it to the damn.. then I walk west to where there is like a small waterfall drop really nice!!!
Zaraki Kenpachi I know! Guys you’re doing it wrong!!! That’s not how you do it!!! Lol 😂 oh well my kids had a blast and God blessed me with a big one at the end did you see during the end screen of the video that we cooked that beauty?
You should have gone to Grove Hot Springs state park there in Markleeville! You stay in the Hot springs until 8PM. But it is closed for cleaning on Wednesdays. Plus take a drive over Hwy 4 scenic drive to Kenny Lake & then over Ebbetts Pass to Alpine Lake & Over Hwy *9 to Hwy 395 down to Bridgeport
Nice rainbows! Where did you get that big guy in the end? Were you fishing the Carson along the 89 east of Markleeville? Looks beautiful there, tight lines!
Unfortunately this beautiful area is not quite so beautiful anymore thanks to the knucklehead Forest Service letting the Tamarack fire go from one smoldering lightning struck tree for two weeks that they did nothing about until it was 68,000 acres of charred landscape including everything around Markleeville.
I do nothing but catch and release fly fishing these days. That beautiful rainbow you caught is way too valuable to kill and eat, and way too valuable to be caught just once. Consider it.
It was a stocker ... a delicious planted rainbow. I respect what you’re saying... I practice catch and release 99% of the time actually ocean fishing 99.9% of the time.
18bhfbpt; Perhaps he places a different value on the eating than you do. Why is your value correct and his not? The East Fork of the Carson is heavily planted every year, including a lot of big ones like that.
Make the videos have the fun but try to keep the good locations on the down low man. Nothing worse than fishing a spot that gets blown up because of social media narcissism. Ditch the big corporate coffee and support MOM and POP when road tripping 🤙

It’s really nice and it’s far enough away that it doesn’t get too crowded. There is a good mix of very serious anglers and family fun

Thank you very much.
Family, fishing, and good scenery! Can’t ask for much more. Awesome video man!
Wow great video, thank you, I love that it was a family trip as well, nice final catch by the way.😎
Love my family!!!
For catch and release, a net and single hooks are a good investment for increasing the success of the release process.
Hot springs just up the road ! Love this area
The production quality of this is insane, great job!!!

Cool video. I was born and raised in the Sierras. Introduce me to the blonde and I'll show you where the best spots are lol. Tight lines and subbed.
Klantifa Shakur LoL 😂 Yeah there’s some amazing spots up there thanks for watching I appreciate it
Nothing like a little riverside blowie
looks like fun! and that blonde girl is really cute ;)
maxine auer she’s cute. I’ve known her for a long time she’s a little wacky
There is a reason they stock this every year. The natives are limited but stocked are pletiful. Switch to powerbait and you will reel them in all day.
Such a bummer :(
Was just thereMarch 2024. It has recovered AMAZING!!!!
Get out of my hole lol :)

@@Mudpuppyjunior I ONLY harvest what I will eat. Usually 1-2 per trip! MAX

President Elect SDBASSIN LoL on the coffee! It’s hard to find mom and pop coffee when these jive turkeys are on every corner
