You could turn it in to an Italian salad with some basil boconcini cheese cherry tomato's and still keep the wombok noodles and your balsamic..beautiful fusion salad.

I just love this salad. Is fantastic for parties because although I adore the crunch some of my friends like it hours later when it "soggy". Who knew?
