    Please i would recommend if you have any space plant a small patch of bamboo for regular harvesting. so you can use the bamboo for construction of high paddocks.

    Do you have tips for newbies when goats deliver ? I am interested in goats but Idk about delivery or anything.

      Hi there! It can get tricky, but most births go smoothly. I would read up on the different positions that the kids may be in, and how to adjust them when needed. You could also reach out to someone who has experience delivering kids, and ask them to help you with difficult deliveries. I would have my delivery kit ready to go, such as nitrile gloves, petroleum jelly, calcium injections, vitamin B injections, vitamin drench, aspirin, etc. Also have some resources in print format that you can have with you to read if you need them.
      Most kids (95% or so) are delivered with no problem. 5% may be more challenging.
      You will lose some, especially early on, so be ready for that, as well.
