We don't go on field trips with the kids at school but when I used to go drop off or pick up my kids without my partner I would always get the dads trying to make creepy convo with me even when I was clearly pregnant.

This didn’t happen at a school but at a grocery store. I was buying diapers for my son and a dude came up trying to talk to me , and asking if I would be interested in going to a car show he was going to be a part of, I politely said“ No thank you, I’m married “ this man literally said “ what? Your man don’t let you have guy friends?”. I was dumbfounded 😂 I said “ I gotta go” and just walked away quickly. Some men have NO SHAME in their game! 🤦🏽♀️
I absolutely hate it when men respond like that *major eye roll*. Like 1.) People don't look at people that they find attractive and think "Wow that person is really fine, I bet they'd make a great friend." and 2.) If I say I have a man, that doesn't mean he's my dictator & picks and chooses what I do, wear, or talk to. He's my man, not my slave master or parent.

Reminds me of my first nephews first field trip and my sister was trying to get him to bed and said “aren’t you excited for your field trip tomorrow” and he said “no all we’re gonna see is old bones”😂

I straight up had a dad hit on me and I was a STUDENT! Granted I was in high school and he was a "young dad" but I looked at him and I was like "you know I'm 16 right?" Dead ass didn't fucking care and I just gave him like an awkward laugh/nod and walked away. 😅

Honestly my favorite part about helping out at the school for any and all events is to meet and get to know the kids. Warms my heart when they wave hi/bye or run up to give me a hug♥️ cute to when they say "hi Ms Davis!" When I'm not nor ever had been married to my son's father. They're so innocent I just let it roll by
