I am 63 and have done Narsimha Kavacham regularly no matter how busy. I was also working. Then out of the blue my husband had to undergo a major by pass heart surgery. Before that I had done a 45 day Hanuman Chalisa upasana for a different reason. Anyway just in time we discovered that my husband had blocks and the surgery had to be undergone. A few days after the sadhana I found a few cms long crack on the glass of the photo of Lord Narsimha that I have worshipped for years, and chanted the kavacham before Him! And two years later I was, diagnosed as having breast cancer but was saved before I could enter the next stage that could have been difficult to treat. So I have experienced first hand the power of kavacham, the protective shield. I attribute the long crack in the glass to the Lord having taken in the karma on Himself. Exactly heart centre!
@@ums96 you can do mentally , manasik japa without invading the puja space and touching puja articles , after its over then you continue as usual taking the count from the last day before periods .. Eg after 25tg yr period starts and ends 30th then from 1st you restart taking the count from 26th .. like a continuation.

And start chanting his generic mantra 'Om Bhairavaya Namah' everyday, atleast 5malas, and atleast once a day at the same time everyday, with dhup, deep and bhog. Each day every day, not a single day to be skipped. Do it for 3-4 months with full shradhha and belief in Baba, Baba himself will pave way ahead for you. Jai Bhairava baba.🙏🏼

I always suggest to everyone to look at your horoscope for your isht Devi / Devta and then decide on following one to get the maximum benefit as for some Kali poojan May do wonders than doing a Ganpati poojan and dhyanam. In Kerala we call temples Kshetra and not Mandir. Most Kerala temples are tantric in nature. Sir is also calling temples Kshetra, I wonder if its the universal tantric terminology for temples.🤔
