Brilliant video showing the importance of being systematic and thorough when dealing with water damage. I must say, when your daughter was in shot with you, your face changed and you looked years younger. That was lovely to see.

You know Big Boss being able to disassemble/reassemble so many different systems is pretty impressive. These days stuff is glued down and has 5000 tiny fragile plastic clips holding stuff together. Not to mention all the 'traps' like "haha did you open it from the right side? Thanks you just ripped the flex cable for the display!" that you also have to avoid.
    Anyway props to Big Boss!

nice and clean. My goal for 2021 is to solder pads nice and quick and clean like you do. Thats my goal. Second Goal is to be able to clean old solder off of an IC array of balls without bridges forming from low melt solder or leaded solder when added to lower temp to clean with wick. Experience is the answer of course, the more you do the more you get the hang of it. Happy Monday brother. Amazing vid as always. Mashala.

Great videos! Repairing electronics is stressful in the sense that you never know if you will be able to fix something. I have trouble with microsoldering and I wish that you showed the microsoldering in real time (not speeded up). I own Frank Reiser Video/Audio Service and have been repairing peoples' TV and electronics for over 18 years on a part time basis. The only difference between you and me is that you are better than I am. :)

I came across your UA-cam videos whilst looking online how to fix a laptop that was not charging. It was given to me to wipe and dump. Thanks to your fabulous informative videos, I was able to fix it. Just a charging port, but none the less, your videos helped. I don't have a hot air station, so had to resort to a hot air paint stripper with very careful use. It worked though.
Can I ask what program you use to do your videos as they are. so we'll done. I'm in the UK. Thanks, Colin

Hello, this comment might not be related to this video in any way, but I know this is the right channel to ask this question. I have been following and watching videos from this channel beacuse I am very interested in electronics repair. I am from Kenya and looking to set up an electronics repair shop here. I am looking for advise on a magnifying desk lamp and the magnification that can help me inspect the tiny components on a logic board comfortably. I'm really restrained financially and I have no 100 USD to spend on a microscope. Links to what I need on ebay will be very appreciated. Keep up the good work. You've inspired me alot.
