Nyoka use both the sour sop leaf and the bark from the tree. Try to drink it consistently every 4 hours ie. 6 times in 24 hours or at a minimum every 6 hrs or 4 times within a 24 hour period. I know 5 persons who used it successfully. You can drink it cold, warm or hot. Do it every day. Take it with you when you're away from home.
