Oops well that didn't take long for me to vid them again haha. Sorry all I'm making recently are videos about this show and this ship.. but actually I'm not all that sorry lol because I'm so obsessed with both at the moment. I love these two so immensely, they have really become a top OTP for me. I loved them before but after the finale I realized just how much they mean to me. The montage of their memories had me legitimately sobbing.. it takes a lot for a show to do that to me, I can't even remember the last time I cried at one. Probably This Is Us haha but even then it was maybe a few tears tops.. THIS DUMB COMEDY SHOW HAD ME SOBBING. I was both crying at how sad the situation was but also at how beautiful their memories were. It really hit me how many lives they have lived together and how intertwined they are. They have 300 years of history together and getting to see some of it was amazing. They're the definition of soulmates.
Can we also just talk about how far these two have come and how their influence on each other has truly changed them for the better? Eleanor has become so open and vulnerable, we've now seen her cry multiple times, all because she is so in love with this man that she doesn't want to lose him. And Chidi's progress is astounding, his love for Eleanor gives him this ease and calms him in a way we've never seen. He isn't worried about the future, he's literally not even scared to be rebooted because he knows she'll be there taking care of him. I JUST!??!
That's one main thing I'm upset about with this story line though. Like yes it's gonna be heart wrenching seeing Eleanor pine after him and him having no idea who she is, but I'm more so mad that all of his amazing progress will be lost ugh. I know Mike Schur has a greater plan for this show so I'm trying not to think about it. He knows what he's doing and I know these two are gonna be endgame so all will be well. It'll be fun to watch them fall in love all over again. JEREMY BEARIMY BABY :')
I already miss them and the show so much and it's only been a week.. I'm not sure how I'm gonna survive the next 8 months lol pray for me.
