I love them. I love this show. I have a lot of feelings.
I have progressively become more and more obsessed with The Good Place and this couple.. wow what an amazing season that was. And the finale?! This show has so many twists and turns and I'm loving it. It's such a genius concept, and still never fails to make me laugh out loud. I LOVE IT SO MUCH omg. I can't believe how long we're gonna have to wait til season 3... I think I'm finally starting to understand the struggle of the Game of Thrones fandom LOL.
But ya anyway.. I just love these two so much, they've become such a big OTP for me. They continue to find each other in any timeline and in any universe and if that's not soulmate status I dunno what is.
I was finally able to find downloads of some extended/hulu versions of the episodes.. (some of the stuff they cut out of the broadcast version is a crime like there's a whole extra hand holding scene I never knew about!)
But ya those episodes are slightly less good quality so hopefully that's not too noticeable!

pradadevil15 I know right I thought so too! I was struggling trying to find a song with a good balance of being upbeat for their goofy moments but also sweet with meaningful lyrics for their more sincere moments, and I rewatched your vid recently and was like omg this is perfect! So thank you again haha ;)

Still trying to pinpoint where he became infatuated with Eleanor in season one.
Does anyone have a good guess of when?
i'm not sure about infatuated, but i feel like we definitely see his feelings change for her in 1x08 when she's about to be sent to the bad place... she thanks him for being a good fake soulmate, then holds out her hand for him to shake, but instead he pulls her in for a hug :') then as he watches her board the train you can tell he's upset and probably doesn't like the idea of losing her. so he goes to michael and tries to make a case for eleanor, saying she's learning to be better and has really improved.. so ya just basically that whole episode was a good one for them and seemed to be a bit of a turning point in my opinion :)
naleylovealways Rewatching it rn and i think youre right. Although earlier in the episode where she cited Kant and he tilted his head (like he usually does in key moment) and he was really happy. A part of me thinks thats where he started to REALLY like her.
Its way easier to pinpoint where Eleanor started to like him than the other way around. 💧
