Each decision that SCOTUS makes that guts the US Constitution - they gut the value of SCOTUS to the USA. The value of SCOTUS is directly proportional to the value of the US Constitution. granting the Human right of speech to corporation win the form of money - guts the constitution. Once the constitution is dead - so is SCOUTS. It means Citizens United was a disaster for the USA constitution and for SCOTUS. A question: He is being held accountable in a court of law for aiding and abetting an insurrection against the U.S. The rhetoric continuing now is "if" he is elected...he will do those things he promises that are even more egregious than what he is now charged with. Will those who nominate him be held accountable for the same crime? Will the members of congress be held accountable as well for supporting an insurrectionist? This is so heartbreaking to hear. I've talked to many in our undocumented community when I do outreach and they're absolutely terrified that this guy will take their benefits away and send them home if he is elected.
