That looks like an interesting project. I've never tried that before. I'm guessing that engine is a 330 cubic inch. I had a 64 F85 a little smaller car . I enjoyed the car. It was 10 years old when I bought it. I gave $350 in running condition. The 330 wasn't a high RPM engine, it made good torque . Only had a 2 speed automatic. I hope you get it running. Unfortunately it will probably need a complete rebuild. I did that with a 1950 Ford F2 (3/4 ton truck ) . Had a flathead V8. As worth it. I kept the truck for 12 years, sold it to build another project . Good luck sir 😊
Those pistons and bores don't look so bad . Very dry and in need of some soaking to get it unstuck. If you can get a pan under the oil pan and loosen the oil drain plug slowly and see if you can let a few drops of oil come out when engines set for many years any moisture or water that gets inside will collect at the bottom of the pan as oil will float on water. That will let you know if any great amount of water has gotten inside and if so drain the water and old oil out and if posable drain the oil filter as well. Before you try to spin it over with the starter motor and pump water through the bearings.
