I finally made one. I found this very easy to follow, and the snowman turns out to be a very cute size! I used yarn to make all the buttons, eyes and nose. Thank you!
Nice video and I loved that you had the complete pattern in the description box. That's rare. Then you went even further and added the time stamps for each individual step. That's even rarer. Thank you for your time and effort. I immediately subscribed on those features alone.
Great idea with using fuffy paint. I never thought to use that with crochet before.. my little snowman turned out perfect! Thank you for the wonderful tutorial!
Such a great tutorial!!! I am a beginner and really appreciate all of the instructions!!! Also, I now understand JOINING a round. Love the puffy paint idea for the eyes, mouth, nose etc... And this is a wonderful gift for BOTH men and women!!! Thanks for the easy to read pattern ... and for including the time...so if I have to stop...I can easily find the instructions on the video later...
This was an excellent tutorial! You've got an easy to understand and concise way of describing the steps and it's very easy to follow. And what an adorable little snowman is the result! :) thank you so much!
I loved your chatter! I am doing one now! I prefer front loops only with decreasing. Your way is the way I learned! My way is because I have arthritic fingers...too much yarn! Good hint imho for those whose fingers don't work so well! Your instructions are very nice. I'm irritated with the rude person who said don't talk so much! That talk is instructions! That person should make her own videos! Lol but her own patterns also! Thanks so much!
These are so perfect! Thank you so much! You were so understandable and thorough with your instructions a beginner or a not so bright person could do this ;) Thank you for taking your precious time to share this with all of us who made one! I and others I'm sure appreciate you.
Thanks so much for sharing this tutorial. I have two toddlers and I plan to make these to decorate my tree this year. They are safer than the crystal or glass ornaments!! Very cute too!
I think this is the best snowman ornament tutorial I have ever watched on UA-cam. Thanks for providing great instructions and ideas for using the puffy paint. These went over well at a craft show and little extra gifts. Also nice on a package with the wrapping. Great job.
Thank you thank you !!! I watched the video and then i read the written pattern and my little snow man came out perfect !!! In fat i am thinking of trying with a smaller hook to make smaller ones as well!!! The top hat is brilliant!!! thank you
Love learning something new. Never knew how to do that stitching you did with the scarf. thanks. And also like that you have the pattern in description.
Sublime Gorgeous Stunning Amazing. You are blest with talent. LOVE IT. Enjoyed watching Mr. SNOWMAN up to the very end. Great idea to add puffy paint instead of sewing on buttons and eyes. The Top Hat is sooo cute. Thanks for sharing and caring. 😀😀😀💕👍👍👍👍
If you wanted to, for the eyes, mouth and buttons, you could make them using French knots. 🙂 Just another option if you don't have fabric paint. You could crochet a red chain and clue that around the hat. 🙂
Thanks for this superb patterns. So easy to make but very effective. They look great on my Christmas tree. Your instructions are very easy to understand.
I made many snowman families for Christmas gifts this year and they were a hit - thanks to you!!! I HAVE A HUGE REQUEST, ANY CHANCE YOU WOULD CONSIDER DOING A DETAILED VIDEO ON MAKING A ALIEN CALLED ‘ Alien Xenomorph Crochet Pattern ….. PRETTY PLEASE !!!!
Thank you so much for sharing! I have been very busy making our Snow-Family I have 2 more (TOTAL OF 8) to make then finish adding clothes and faces!I also made a lil Christmas tree. I wish I could add a photo of what I have made so far.
Amazing video, this is the first time I’ve been able to follow a video for this type of pattern, every other time I’ve just given up, but this video was so easy to follow and I’ve got a very nice snowman, thank you
luckily I'm an accomplished crocheter or i wouldn't know what to do....the glare from the light on the white wool completely blocks out the item being crocheted ...however....fantastic verbal instruction, I was able to follow along even though I couldn't see what you were doing....thumbs up ..
Love the ornament, and the step-by-step process. Very much appreciated.! I wonder, though, if you might redo this specific video, and not have the light be so bright, or you working so close to the camera. It's somewhat difficult to see the detail of your work, as you go - might sound off, but it's true.
This looks. So adorable. Just what I have been looking for. So far I really like your voice to clear..... glad you. Finally told me how many stitches..loll. Ty back to work row 7.
Thank you for this amazing ornament! I stuffed the bottom before the final decrease round, same for the top. I also stitched buttons, eyes and nose before closing. Love the concept! Thanks again.
i know its been a while since you posted this but I want to thank you for leaving it up and giving clear and wonderful instructions. they are soooo cute :) and easy .
I've made a few of these for family members, (not done the hats yet) How do you not get a point from the paint. Every drop I do comes away and leaves a point and if I try and fix it, it's makes the drop wider or messes it up?? Thanks Edit, I'm relatively new at this, (I've only made 2 small amigurami before) and I followed you instructions well, I even wrote them down so I could look at my notes. Very well taught thank you x
