Great work. Thanks for your tips and tricks. Now I realized the mistakes I made while building the wing. Fishing the nav lights through the conduits is going to be painful. I measured 3cm from the leading edge and drill holes near the wing root to pull the wires.

@@BayonasRCWorld I use both but in my current build (Sig 4*60) I leaned more toward titebond primarily just to see. Added a lot of waiting time so I plan to mix it up more in the next.
I really enjoy watching your builds and you do amazing work. However, it is hard to hear you on your videos. I would recommend getting a lapel microphone. Great work on the Cessna. You do amazing sheeting work. Mine never looks that clean.
Thanks brother for the input. I will look into that lapel microphone for sure. Actually looking into purchasing a good quality camera for my videos. I am currently using my Samsung cell phone for now. Thank you sincerely for the feedback on my video.
Ok I see the 1-1/4 is glued to the flap edge with the 1/2 inch side facing out and the 1-1/4 going up and down with the flap horn going through the 1/2 inch thick side. the 1-1/4 side is the side that is rounded to shape.
I need your help I am trying to build the flaps but the instructions are lousy, and you didn't show how you incorporated the leading edge balsa into the flap body, is it supposed to be the whole flap or just the leading edge. Please help me. Nick
How did you attach the rounded edge of the flap to the flap itself, do you shape it and cut off the excess or do you taper it and fit it under the skin. Forgive me I am totally confused as to how to build this part, there are no pictures in the manual and the description of what to do does not help. I need a step by step with pictures. This my first top flite build, but I have built other rc planes.
On page 27 of the Top Flite Manual shows exactly how the 1/2" X 1-1/4" X 14-1/2" balsa Flap LE gets glued to the front of the flap assembly and notched around the control horn. Once attached use the Flap Hinge Drill Guide as a guide to sand the leading edge block to shape constantly checking and sanding until you get the proper shape.
Only because it is a large area and my medium CA would have ended up curing by the time I got through the entire panel. The end result would have had sheeting that would not completely adhere to ribs. To ensure that this does not happen I used titebond for the top wing sheeting.

You used wood glue with the magazine technique in this part and medium CA and sanding bars in a previous video, appreciate you showing both ways.
Yes! Showing different takes on adhesives for those whom love to use Titebond wood glue and or CA. Does not matter what your project is.

What exactly are you wanting to know or clarify.

What glue did you use? I saw you refilled the bottle but couldn't tell what it was.
That was Titebond III wood glue.
Why did you choose Tidebond to bond the top cover and not Zapagap?
Only because it is a large area and my medium CA would have ended up curing by the time I got through the entire panel. The end result would have had sheeting that would not completely adhere to ribs. To ensure that this does not happen I used titebond for the top wing sheeting.

What are you using for a lighting system?
I had purchased a 2 or 3S powered navigation lighting system programmable from (BL-NavLV) Bluelight Technologies products.
