It's so nice to have an etiquette channel that feels welcoming, positive and constructive rather than petty, pretentious and snooty. I never feel like you're putting down one group of people to uplift your audience and I never get the sense that you are looking down your nose at anyone. Étiquette is actually a really helpful way of life , it looks hard to get used it but it makes life easier, more organized and elegant ! Thank you for your vidéos , we actually left out many étiquettes that are positive , I'm trying to incorporate it into my daily life little by little :)

This is actually true. I used to be a sloppy dresser and when I finally met a client who criticized the outfit and bag I wore, that's the time I changed my fashion style. Now, I consciously want to appear sophisticated when I have a client meeting, so as to give them the impression of my current standing as a business owner and at the same time, I noticed they take me more seriously.
I love that she has bags I could never afford, but she still uses ziploc bags to organize the inside. Great tip! Going to use it on my mid-range designer bags. ❤️😍

Notes for myself:
• Carry shoulder bag in hand if in crowded areas, if there's space then on shoulder.
• Hold clutch in left hand: never under armpit.
• Tall, slender figure, larger bulkier bags.
• Ask for a hook/chair for formal dining places, otherwise place bag under chair [for casual dining places].
• Carry bag hook, try to match bag to hook if it appears cohesive.
• Keep your bag clean.
• Zip and keep bag closed unless you are using it.
• Carry delicate bags in other bags when traveling.
• Use ziplock/dust bags [dust for private items] to organize.
• Stuff your bags when you're not using them.
Bag essentials: Comb, face and eye wipes, hand cream, hair clip, hand sanitizer, chewing gum/mint/breathspray, essential oil for refreshment, mask, gloves, headphones, pen, charm, sunglasses, notebook, my book [novel/poetry or so, to provide as casual gift], eyedrops.
Your kids must love how prepared you are, such a wonderful trait in a mother 💐

I found it interesting you use ziploc bags instead of organizers or matching pouches. Great video
Classic_Success thank you! I found that organizers often get dusty and dirty quickly as well so you have to wash it so often. With ziplogs you just rinse them with a soapy water and that’s it. Easy and practical ☺️

@@nonlivingworld no, they do not. On the contrary, you see what is where thus making it easier for you to reach for exactly the right ziploc.
@@nonlivingworld if you want a “nicer” option there are transparent zip lock file folders (various sizes, even super small). Muji sells them (EVA clear case) or cheaper alternatives on amazon.
Another option would be to put a ziploc into the other pouches she showed. Then if things spill it will stay in the ziploc. The outer bag will remain clean and no one will see what is inside each bag.
When I heard mother of 2 I had to pause and recover. Just the vibe I get was so youtful, I was pleasantly surprised :)

Dear Jamila, I´m so relieved that I´m not the only one carrying zip-lock bags in my bags and backpacks. :D I felt a bit odd, but now I´m proud. :D
1. Bags to carry:
- Totebag: bigsize. Carry the bag in your hand, not your shoulder
- backpack: have your bottle or when you go hiking
- beltbag
- shoulder bag: to work, meeting. To your left shoulder/forearm
- crossbody bag
- clutch/doesnt have strap: hold with both of your hands/only your left hand
2. Keep the form
- using ziplock
- put the dustbag into the bag
- fold shirt and put into bag to keep its form
3. What in bag
- comb
- face eye wipes
- handcream
- hairclip
- hand santinizer
- chewing gums
- essensial oil
- facemask
- gloves
- headphones
- pen
- sungglasses
- notebook
- book

What if I'm left handed?
@@damndanim If you are left handed do you still use right hand to shake hands and wave? In some cultures eating or giving something to someone or taking it from them using left hand is unacceptable so my guess is the rules apply to left handed people as well 😊 What do you think?

Nonesense, I have been a Tom boy and carefree my whole life, started with the elegance and luxury when I turned 40. It sounds so sad and demeaning to women in general when you read comments hinting that fabulous things can only happen to a certain age group. You can be fabulous and elegant any ANY age. A lot of people tell me I look a lot younger, again I find this offensive. Why is there so much focus on our age group? I am not letting my age determine my happiness. Absolute bullocks.

Very nice video...im often asked why I carry my bags on my left side. Its just my comfortable side to carry, I never knew it was the proper side to carry or reasons why 😁. I'm totally stunned at the Ziplocs though, especially inside of a luxury bag 😂. I even carry a snack in a pouch. To each his own though 😍...TFS beautiful!!💜...I learned something new today...😍

I finally see a video on handbags that are unintentionally all luxury brands but the owner never mentioned the designers (except the Queen's Launer). I'm not a fan of the ziplock bags and I personally use little pouches instead but that shouldn't take away from the ton of tips I just learned from your video. I carry all of these things too- in my basket which I think is an adorable carry!
And, like you, in separate little bags too! But not ziplocks… just cute bags. Although surely a clear bag is ideal- and I do have a “clear” bag, too.
So it was delightful to see someone else already had this idea!
And as well, in my “technology”
bag, I also carry spare “reader” glasses/45’s and a teeny penlight flashlight too, along w my wee journal book and spare earbuds , pen (i lump my writing things in w my technology bag as its communication , in general!
But yes! Be sure to remember that flashlight!
I also have a teeny makeup bag in addition to my “necessities” like lotion sanitary.. for my lipstick freshen!
-Get that flashlight (unless its already on your keychain, that is!)
