Hi! Yes..while in any Sikh Gurdwara/Temple you must cover your head and legs. It’s customary basically in most temples here (other than head scarves). 🙏🏼
fyi, you can buy pizza by the slice at the Little Italy restaurant pictured as Asoke and Sukhumvit.
