You're going to be a great long distance runner. Really good form and economy. It's great to see you be a part of these world class fields.

This was your professional 5000m debut. Also, 3 years ago is forever for you. That is an extremely impressive time for not really training for it. I could see you running a sub 13:10 this year and next year, who knows. Congrats Adam 😁👍

Brilliant to get a PB and I think your going to smash it in the longer distances. I've thought that since you were doing time trials in your neighbourhood back in Oz and when you were in college. Some crowd in Hengelo, great to see.

For a long time I've been thinking you should move up to the 5K. For the 1500m it's pretty common for the top runners to out sprint you at the end, but whenever you do 5K's or 10K's you always do surprising well. I think your talent in running is your endurace and in the 5k or even 10K you could surprised the world someday.

I remember one of your last 5k back in 2021. Pretty impressive couple of days - if I remember correctly you won the 1500 5000 and the 10,000 all in the same meet. When you move up in distance, you WILL succeed for sure.

Personally I’d not step up to 5k for a good while yet . I’d focus on lowering your 1500m/mile time. You’ve got to be aiming for 3:30 -3:32.
Yeah the 1500 is definitely still the main focus but am excited at the thought of moving up in future
@@adam_fogg just seen GM run in the heat of the 1500m . In your position I’d not be amused, yes he finished ahead of you in the trials but clearly is a better 5k runner

Is it ever not windy there? You need to race a 1/2. I think you could run 60:XX.
Sometimes we get lucky and the wind is very calm but often it’s a bit breezy! One day I’ll run a half
