I make Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls every morning. Wrap it in a tortilla and grill it up. Can’t get enough of them.

What I like is to take the Jimmy Dean Meat Lover's bowl and halfway through heating I will then add some Tostitos Salsa Con Queso cheese sauce. Is it good for you? Nope! But it is delicious that way and it's not dry either.

Guess what? Carbs include vegetables and fruits. And the breakfast bowls have meat, eggs and cheese…which aren’t carbohydrates. For that matter, diabetes isn’t caused by eating sugar (i.e. carbohydrates)
