MrCactuar13 I can see Dizzy being pretty good with her buffs in Rev 2,Raven will probably still be annoying if played correctly, and despite her nerfs,Elphelt will probably still be one of the best characters in the game. The idea of anyone thinking Kum and Leo are "pay-to-win" characters is incredibly absurd,to say nothing of the fact that a good number of the top tiers/tournament winners aren't dlc characters

FeeDBacKMKII small buffs but not too much. Not sure which but his command grab has some sort of counter hit properties. He still heals a small amount of health but now he starts to glow after sucking your opponent
