- This is the famous 3 Shell Game, the techniques to watch out for and why you should not bet on it.
This is my version of Bob Sheets wonderful routine. I've changed the script to suit me and added a few small ideas. - Розваги
The problem with knowing the secrets behind certain tricks is that the magic is lost. I only saw the moves you did because I knew what to look for. It really was a beautiful performance. Well done!

I find it more fun not knowing how.
As he pushes the cap forward the pea pops out the back of the cap into his fingers. Then as he moves everything around the pea isn’t even under any cap at all. Then he can pick which cap he wants it under by dropping the pea as he flips the cap over. It’s pretty clever but once you understand how it works you can notice when it’s popping out into his hand

The caps have to be rigged and there’s more then one pea. Just my guess. The trick they do at the malls and gas stations they jump the ball back to the back cap when the guy puts both caps next to each other and scoots them over at same time. This guy is doing something way more advanced and it’s probably his set up is rigged

It's always in his hand. The pea is rubber and against the felt, it allows the operator to move the cap backwards or forwards to either place or remove the pea.
It's a scam, you will lose every time. You only win if the operator wants you to win.

Lmao u can't be serious. The guy had the pea in his hands the whole time. It's all about angles. When he does the first swipe look how when he lifts up the cap the pea is at the back of the cap.. it was never really under the cap if you look closely. He dropped it as he was lifting the cap. Same thing with making it dissapear all together. How he gets it out from under the cap is cuz the pea is rubber and it sticks to the pad. So if he barely lifts up the cap and moves it forward the pea comes out behind it and he uses his other fingers to grab it. Then when they want to put it back under a cap the drop the ball behind the cap and barely lift up the back of the cap and pull it backwards and it forces the rubber pea back under the cap. So if u ever see this game in the streets just look for the very last cap that the guy pulls backwards and the pea will be under it.

I lost my last R200 to this game. Seemed easy in the beginning, but things changed very quickly. I was so heartbroken. But even after watching this video, I can't see how you reveal the trick behind this game. it's like they just magically teleport to another cup.
Sorry to hear that! This is more of a magic presentation. In real life they’re far sneakier.
Also with this game, there is normally an accomplice that actually loses money by picking the obvious wrong one, while those watching sees the correct one. But when the others play, that's when the shell game guy does his "magic" and takes all of your money.

How long did it take u to get this good, I’m not gonna stand on a sidewalk and rob people I just wanna know if it’s easy or not, u could trick the smartest people in the world and they would have no idea what u did, I’ve replayed certain parts of the video and I can’t see anything happening, have u been practicing for years like a side hobby or u just learned this in a couple weeks
Thanks for your comments. This routine took me quite a while to perfect - about 6 months. I study magic effects I like and then just practice them until I get them down to a fairly decent standard. I’m not a particularly fast learner, so it often takes me longer than it would other people. It’s a really fun routine to practice though.

If you want to do the real deal, loose the pad, Workers use a flattened pizza box. The real workers set it on top of a couple of cardboard boxes that have had the tape cut on all sides. If you have to make a quick departure, kick the boxes agent the wall and split. The boxes will flatten out and blend in with rest of the street trash, and them if they even bother to look.
Thanks, yes if I were on the streets I would definitely do that. I did actually film it on the wooden block first, but aesthetically for the camera, the red and green show up better against a black background.

Bob's boot camp comes with caps, are these similar or just standard 2 liter coke caps?
These are just ordinary coke bottle tops. They work absolutely fine. I prefer the red (rather than the white caps that come with the bootcamp dvd), as I think it stands out better against the black.

I watched this in 0.25x speed and I still cant figure out how the pea teleported from one cap to another. Is there like a hidden 2nd pea or something where u hide the original when u show the pea in the other cap

@@D40_ nah thats not the way he does it. There is a moment where you can see there's a second pea at 0.25x speed.
Close your eyes and go random, win 1/3 of the times as long as the ball is under one of the shells.

The only way to play the game fairly is if you and the host agree to lift the other two shells after your choice shell is lifted just to ensure the ball wasn't in the host's hand the entire time and was actually under one of the three shells.
Even then you need to be the one lifting the shells

Beautiful work explaining the 3 cup trick or in this case the 3 shell trick, traditionally it
was performed by a "confidence trickster" using walnut shells (half shells) and a PEA.
This confidence trick falls under the description of the "short-con" as opposed to the
"long-con" that would take considerably longer, but could potentially rake in greater
gains to the con-man. The Coca-Cola Caps are a nice modern touch, the traditionalists
prefer the the half-walnut shell, as it more closely resembles the half-brain of persons
that fall for such a trick. Collin shows some of the moves that the con-man will use to
trick the 'victim', using 'sleight-of-hand', using 'misdirection' & using 'manual dexterity',
all to deceive the unsuspecting to where the fuck - is the actual pea?
First of all Mr Claus shows us the "CROSS STEAL", where the Pea is somehow deflected
away from where it was, and over to some other place, almost as if by magic. The Cross
Steal can also take on greater significance, it can mean a loss of faith, it can mean a
loss of culture, it can mean a loss of customs (where you then take-on ever multiplying marmots and their kissing cousins customs) it can mean a loss of identity, it can mean
A LOSS OF THE CROSS. The "LOSS-OF-THE CROSS" is a LOSS-OF-ONE'S-SELF.
Immediately afterwards, you have "THE SWIPE", which is an empty-handed 'follow-up'
direct consequence of the initial Cross Steal, the sleazy, slimy, slivering con-man then
follows that up by initiating the Swipe, whereby he takes the "Precious Pea" (PP) out of
the shell you thought it was in, and then 'transfers' the "Pea Unit" (PU) into the empty
shell of another half-walnut, deceptively moving the 3 shells around like he's tying up
the "pig-tail" of a close family member. The swipe is meant TO TAKE AWAY something valuable, to take away something that has MONEY-MAKING POTENTIAL, that is the con
trick called THE SWIPE. To add further insult to injury, he con-man then always initiates
THE DOUBLE SWIPE, which follows THE SWIPE, after taking YOUR MOST VALUABLE POSSESSION, he then MAKES MONEY OUT OF SHAKING-DOWN YOUR MONEY MAKER.
Once the "TRIPLETE" of deceptions & deceit have been completed, that being the 'hat-
trick' of the Cross Steal, the Swipe, and the double-down Double Swipe, the meandering
slimy snaky con-man will then initiate the "CONFUSION MOVE", installing a bamboozling
loopy, kooky, dipping, dizzying maneuver, that's meant to 'distract' the 'Pea-body" from
where the Pea actually is, that's the Confusion Move.The con-man always has complete
control of where the Pea always is, HE CAN SHOW YOU THREE SHELLS & he can then
show you ONE PEA, which would signify that you may have a one-in-three-chance, 2 win
a piece of the pea, or win a piece of the pie. NO. The con-man controls the 1Pea/3shells
leaving you with JUST NOTHING BUT EMPTY SHELLS.
I will explain quickly what is what in this game, by far the most important concept that
must be realized and understood, is the connection between THE PEA & THE MONEY,
please my people, understand thoroughly THE SYMBIOTIC RELATIONSHIP between
"the Pea & the money" & "the money & the Pea" - THEY ARE THE ONE AND THE SAME.
That is why the slimy con-man gets into your faces, making threats, making menacing
warnings, coercing their victims under complete duress, for them to give up the culture
they once had, and trade that in for the status of 'Captive' or maybe 'Hostage', perhaps

So it is clearly stated what it actually means, but the most critical points here are the
points made about "the denial of a right of existence" and also how it goes on to

dictatorship, some hell-hole 3rd world country, we are talking about a modern, free,
Western democracy, the usually desirable nation of Australia. If we started to have
a very close look, an inspection, an analysis, an investigation into the CRIMINAL,
CYNICAL, ABUSIVE, REPULSIVE behaviors of a gang of TURKEY-HEADED VULTURES
who have now terrorized an entire gang that used to be called "The Pikies" branch

*The entire episode of "Pikie Roll-Over" has been characterized as SCOOBY DOO DAY,
unfortunately for the Original Pikie men, they must correct their mistakes to avoid an
everlasting shame, they must now face the facts of previous failures, and fix them.
I have managed to get a little carried away, writing the sad-reality of the downfall of
the Sydney branch of the Pikies, and again, as with yesterday, i have not been able to
get around to writing the crux of the story, as with this 2nd chapter of the 'genocide
files' or if you like of the turkey-headed vulture 'genocide philes', it rings alarm bells
that need to be answered, THIS SHIT CANNOT STAND, we need to eliminate the
problem, we need to help the young girls, we need to establish a network of people
who can help these very young, defenseless girls escape the grip of these animals,
the opportunistic, parasitic, bloodsucking leeches, looking for targets, looking for
victims, looking for white, western European girls to use as sex-slaves, they then have
the hide to denigrate them, call them all manner of insulting put-downs, very racially

@@cwatson42785 it's not editing. It is the result of dedication and practice. There is no magic table or post editing. This is usually done for live audience up-close. I can only imagine the hours of practice that went in to perfect the slight of hand
