Trapezoid Wedge Segmented Bowl, 105 degree wedges, 24 segments per layer - 135

In this video we describe the design and production of a four layer segmented bowl with Trapezoid shaped segments. We begin by describing the slicing of the trapezoid wedges on the band saw, cutting the wedges by tilting the band saw table to 105 degrees (15 degrees off of 90), and then using the Accu-Wedge system to produce 24 segment rings. We also produced some standard straight sided segmented wedges for the accent rings. We describe a glue up jig for the gluing of the segmented wedges to produce accurate segmented rings with perfect joints.
Also in this video we demonstrate the newly designed automated Accu-Slice to cut the thin rings for the accent strips. By slicing slowly and accurately we we able to achieve thin segmented discs which were used a accent rings for the trapezoid segmented bowl.

I don't know if you know this even though I hope to by one of these in the near future, (dust collection, band saw, accuslice system,) you already have helped me so much. I have only been woodworking since September and what I have learned watching hours of your awesome instruction has help me accomplish segmented turning like a pro and for that I WANT TO THANK YO SO VERY MUCH.
