Marvel is a massive powerhouse in Hollywood. With Disney’s backing, the MCU has gone from a humble beginning with Iron Man, to being a historic cinematic franchise. They’ve turned the niche genre of superhero films into a mainstream success. Time and time again they’ve broken various box office records. Especially with the commercial success of Avengers: Endgame! And with that power, Disney has created a huge amount of rules that their actors need to follow. Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr, or Scarlett Johhansson aren’t exempt from the litany of policies. Every single MCU actor must follow the Marvel policies. From Captain America to Ant Man. If anyone broke any of these rules, then their MCU employment may come to a swift end! Just ask some of the actors that did experience this! Who are we talking about? Well, you’ll find out when you watch the video!
In today’s ScreenRant video special, we’re going to look at some of the rules that Marvel devised. You lucky bunch. The video has a variety of different rules. Some rules dictate the public personas that the actors must show. Another rule looks at which other production companies that the thespians can’t work for. A different collection of rules include what the actors can be expected to do when on set. Hitchcock was famous for always doing his cameos. So that even in Lifeboat a movie set entirely in said lifeboat w it's set group of characters he did just that. For a moment t camera focused on a bit of refuse from t preceeding shipwreck and on that refuse was a newspaper add for a weight loss service add w Hitchcock's picture.
Or they could CGI a cameo like how Lucasfilm (owned by Disney) did with Luke and Leia.

During filming for The Punisher, Jon Bernthal injured his hand doing his own stunts for a fight scene. Rather than delay production, Bernthal made the decision to push on with the injury, forcing the cast to make slight alterations to dialogue and action. When you see Frank Castle massaging his wrapped hand, that's because it's really hurting

I think they change costumes because they have a different costume designer each movie.
The most brutal rule seemed to be the diets, especially for the ripped characters.
I think the most strict thing is their diet. Some of them, like Chris Hemsworth, have a diet of steamed chicken and veggies.

Robert Downey Jr. is just too real for the industry, true gangsta who put that life behind him for the better and he basically plays himself in Tony Stark which is why he fit the character perfect, it's impossible to think of someone who else can be that badass, believable and into this role like him, he just embodies that, man.

Actually, Marvel Studios will allow actors to do some of their own stunts if they take a 9 month training course . This is how Brie was able to do alot of her stunts. She had to train for 9 months straight before she could shoot her scenes.
And then there is Tom who do 90% of his stunts, and practicing gymnastics long time before acting in spider man’s movies…
