Stage wise - the original Austrian is the most haunting with the souls of the dead wearing death shrouds covering their bodies and heads
I love the Toho 2016 version. The opening is so chilling it’s so good ❤️

I’m just happy to see Takarazuka added to a multi language compilation 🥺 but I just love multi language videos in general because I can see and hear different productions 😍
What I find funny is I knew Junsu was in the musical in 2012 but could never find footage of it so I forgot about it until I found Takarazuka

man, every time I watch this I remember how the whole korean version just SLAPS all the right spots. They really made the play what it should be. (no offense to others and other people’s taste)

I disagree, I kind of like a scarier, more serious version. But I love that the Korean version exists. There’s an Elisabeth for everybody
@@BillAngell Yeah same, I can’t be scared by a guy with a voice higher pitched than my mum, I like the weird mix of stern and animalistic of Máté or juste the Viennese version in general. I really can’t get into the Korean version of german shows despite them having such cult followings 🥲

I try to inlcude the Takarazuka versions whenever I can. It's hard because most of the time they use different keys in their songs. Interestingly the Toho version also use different keys in some of their songs which I found irritating, because they don't have a reason for the change unlike the Takarazuka productions.
I think other languages, despite having charms of their own, just can't compete with the original German ver. I wish you'd also included versions where there's just group singing in the intro like the 2002 Essen show

년도마다 연출이 많이 바뀌어요!
엘리자벳 나라별로 프롤로그 편집해놓은 거 첨봐서 집중해서 봤고,
끝부분에 토드가 '엘리자벳~~'하는 부분 꼭 샤토드이길 바랐는데, 딱 나와서 놀랐음🙊 그것도 흑토드로ㄷㄷ

For you next videos, do you think you can do "Ich Gehör Nur Mir (AKA, I Belong to Me)" from Elisabeth? I love that song. I also know that there's an English version of the song if you want to use that. And then after, do you think you can do either the title song or Music of the Night from Phantom of the Opera? Also, have you ever considered collaboration with another UA-camr?
I already know what the next song will be, I just need free-time to make it.
I'll definitely make Ich Gehör Nur Mir in the future but probably not very soon. (There's already an amazing, real multilanguage version of the song on youtube.)
I'm not sure about Phantom of the Opera. I'm not a huge fan of the musical. (Also the Les Miserables video doesn't perform as well as I imagined it would. I guess my subscribers are more into European musicals than West End/ Broadway) I'm not saying never, but I don't plan to make songs from it right now.
I get that the Thun versions have their own modernesque vision on these musicals (like R et J), but really, all they have me saying is: WHAT????? Every time I see the costumes for their productions. It's just so out of left field in terms of 'storytelling by costume' from any other productions that it's just confusing!!

The ensemble part is a separate video (Alle Tanzten Mit Dem Tod _ Elisabeth -- Musical Elisabeth 2012 -- Kurosch Abbasi _ Mark Seibert). Der Tod's part with Mark Seibert is from one of the promotional videos for the musical (Elisabeth: Das Musical in Wien).
