Are these the most insane Filipino made boats?! When I say insane, I mean "shocking"... because I have never seen a barge like this before in my life!
Adventuring through the bukid in Abra, I found myself on a mission with my scooter. In this video you will see me take off alone, get a bit lost, find really unique boats to cross a river, and then get stopped by police... Don't worry, the police were really cool!

I decided to show the long raw motor journey across and into the bukid areas of Abra. Why? Because I want everyone to see how sometimes I take wrong turns, have to ask people, and just spontaneously adventure... without FEAR. Those boats were SO UNIQUE!! INSANE!!! :)

Who would know that crossing Abra river requires a special equipment "improvised boat"! Sides of the vessel looks like patterned to that of Catamaran. You're truly immersing yourself with the locals. Video is showing me (us) vegetation abounding in lavish growth - very healthy environment. I am your pillion and I am enjoying the ride at the back. Kulas honestly i think you should somehow upgrade to a Dualsport bike..Something with better longer travel suspension which can handle the rough much better than the little scooter and cruise the roads just as well..

Nice video again 😊and i love the Philippines 😍 when I traveled from liloy (zamboanga del norte)to dipolog (4hours of driving )with had to stop like 10 times 😅checkpoints everywhere ..on one checkpoint they where laughing with me even 😅😂cause they asked me ..where you from ....I told him I whas from Belgium and they starting to laugh 😂😂I whas like what the .....what's going on ???😅turns out the cousin of that man from the army lives in Belgium now too ..but they where all friendly tho 😎don't be scared to pulled over there by the police or army ...THEY there for your savety 😎nice video man like always 👍

now your in my home town manabo ahahaha the "Balsa"/boats were the means of transporting vehicles to the other side eheheh and many people says it was insane but it was made since the early days the bridge wasnt fixed and the only way to do that is to cross the river thru a Balsa

Can never thank you enough for showing us the parts of the country we were born and raised but never knew. You've become a window through which a lot of expats are seeing how beautiful our country is. Where we are now is fine but it ain't home. The Philippines is home but it ain't ours no more.

That bridge that Kulas crossed to Manabo used to be a white elephant and called the longest bridge because it was built decades ago but was left unfinished. The middle part of about 100 meters long standing over the river was built but both ends were not so nobody can use it. It looked to me then like a remnant of a Roman built irrigation system.
