He wrote, " The mind is the Bodhi tree, the body is the mirror stand,the mirror is so clean,dust has no place to land. " The Blessed Hui Neng was pointing out that the essential nature of mind is pure and that when one is taking refuge in this pure nature one is taking refuge in the Buddha. Om Buddhaya Namah !
