To the people giving hate to iu, I just want to say that you have no idea what is iu's position in korea. Do you guys think that kpop is all about topping the charts, travelling all over the globe for tours? Well if thats what you think let me tell you thats not all there is to it. All korean idols work so hard to earn the respect from korean netizens for their true talent and voice. That means you must be really musically inclined and an artist not just someone who can dance and sing. Yes, international fans may prefer other idol groups to iu but if you look at veteran actors and actresses during iu's performance, you can see that they truly respect her. That is hard to get if you are familiar with the korean industry. Thus, i honestly feel that many idols aspire to be a musician like iu who is truly known for her capabilities and talent. (not saying that other idols have no talent please dont be mistaken)
