Great video, here is a tip that will make it even better. Before you try to take the bolts out if the tensioner, Take the belt off. That will make turning the bolts much easer.

Hey Jabo! My girlfriend hit a speed bump in her mazda going a little too fast and just called me saying she's getting some high pitched squeaking coming from her engine (not certain about this) Do you think a belt tensioner could be the cause like it got knocked loose or do you suspect it's more rooted in suspension?

... you confirmed the tensioner can be released from the top... and it's done without going under.
