Building Belonging in the Workplace - 2024 TAAF Heritage Month Summit

​Unsupported and underrepresented - that’s how many AANHPIs feel in their workplace. According to Pew Research Center findings, more than half of AANHPIs face discrimination, such as being perceived as “the model minority” or foreigner, at work. AANHPIs find themselves blocked by the “bamboo ceiling” as they try to advance to upper management and C-Suite positions. The lack of representation and inclusion is taking a concerning toll on mental health.
