- The 15th panel of the IDEAS-UFRJ Global Conference themed ‘Retrofit for purpose: reform of the international financial architecture’ was titled: “Towards a new multilateralism”.
It was chaired by Lucas Carames and featured three speakers: Yao Graham, Sebastian Valdecantos & Lilia Couto,.
