If you want a good casual flight game to dip into now and again, give Nuclear Option a look. Pretty early access, but doing some great things, nice balance of simplified accessible fun, and surprisingly good damage modeling and flight physics.

Re people not wanting to shoot at M1s... I suspect that by the time you got there all the really dumb bad guys had been weeded out. Which is why you shouldn't fight the same guys for too long, the survivors are liable to get good.

you may have mentioned it in a previous video, but what control set up do you use? I have a proflight puma that has been giving me hell with the gazelle module and wondered if the huey would actually cooperate

Vkb gunfighter for the cyclic, a10 warthog throttle for the collective. I used to have a second joystick (Saitek cyborg) for the left hand (formerly the primary joystick before the vkb) which had twin throttles on the base, but it sadly died. Midrange multifunction joysticks just don't seem to exist any more
