I have a little interest in Jungs work and this image of hers does invoke allot of thought in relation to his stuff and my Self. I like it. do you think that image at the 1 o'clock position might be Capricorn?
I think you should also interpret the map of "down below" about the years of her insanity. Do you think that down below map evolved into this one? She had an illusion of a fascist which could be her immature animus. But most interesting part is the shell figure on this map. I think it's the symbol of transcendence or self. Very interesting to see that this map of her psyche actually supports the theories of Jung.

As Leonora Carrington had studied Jung, it will not be surprising that she incorporated some of his ideas into her way of looking at the world.
