I always wanted street fighter figs but started collecting to late. Prices and face sculps where never right. These are perfect. They have a mega man line coming out also.
I passed on SHF ryu because the size didnt work for me, with the exception of if there was ever a navy and yellow repaint. Ive got that Storm version. But this is perfect for the MvC display Ive been slowly building. I really hope they do repaints I can get my favorite look.
I found this figure at Target three days ago, and I have to say, this is easily one of my favorite figures, it feels good to pose and to just hold, I am definitely going to be getting Chun-Li when she comes out
I love that JADA added the after image of Ryu's hands into the hadouken. That SHF does not look like Alpha Ryu. Alpha Ryu has a white headband, a different hair color and cut. He does not have the text on his gloves, either. I hope JADA gets to make a proper Alpha Ryu. We have never gotten a 1/12 Alpha Ryu.

All of my Jada Toys SF has loose joints already, it hasn't even been a year. Jada Toys should really fix their QC. I have old Figuarts and Figmas that are over 5 to 10 years old already and they can still hold poses and their articulation are still smooth

Looks like a simplified SHFiguarts version. Cool for the budget, and has pretty solid articulation. Hate the knee though... But kinda like the way it looks more like a typical kids toy. Has a real wholesome vibe. Now I'm tempted by it.
These are AWESOME!! Tbh, i think im done with Marvel Legends and a lot of other toy lines. Unless they are providing a "rare" character, i think im going to just save my money for Furay Toys, Jada Toys Street fighter and Mega Man line, Mythic Legions, and selective Storm Collectibles....Im a Fan Boy for Dragon Ball but S.H. figuarts prices for their quality is no longer worth it unless so it pains me but after GT Goku, I'm going to give them a rest 💔

Ryu was the mascot for for a bit. When I worked at Capcom, our pay checks would come with the silhouette of Ryu and a globe on the background.

The GI can come off and you can pull it down during poses to neaten-up the bunching

Storm has that floating muscle which I don’t like. This is a solid runner up.
