Breaking Balls was an important component of growing up and when mixed into action figures another important component of growing up it just works.
The amount of accessories you get for $25 here should honestly just be the standard. I can't believe how chintzy Habsro and Macfarlane are with accessories for that price point (especially lately with Hasbro continuously raising their prices), but Jada's showing both of them up, imo, despite being a much smaller company than either of those two.
I was watching an old 3POA podcast/live with Talker the other day, and Bobby (Vala) was talkin' about how batshit ridiculously expensive the license is for Marvel. Disney charges god-like money for that line, and Bobby didn't even wanna mention how much it is. Makes sense with why Joe's get more accessories than just two extra hands. Now I'm not making excuses for hasbro with how lackluster Legends has become, and their unlimitless greed and mismanagement...I'm just sayin' the money they have to spend for the Marvel Legends license is insane. It's a lot more money than other companies like Select and Mafex. As much as we hate hasbro, I think we all can agree that disney is far, far more sinister and evil.
@@Chalor. The reason for that price should reasonably be the market value of that license no? Essentially they are getting back that value in the amount of sales or they wouldn't bother paying it. If the Marvel brand is loosing steam (like i suspect) then they should renegotiate rather than saddling the buyers with all the increased cost.

These guys deserve the hype! The quality of the plastic, articulation, accessories, sculpt and paint is amazing for the price. What a homerun for a company that many people only kinda knew about. Really excited to see where this and the Mega Man line go. If Jada keeps this up, they might become one of my favourite toy companies!
Jada bringing some new competition to the market is a great thing! Storm figures are incredible but Jada offering these for $25 is a great value, so I'll be grabbing a couple of these even though I'm not a big Street Fighter fan. Ryu gets an articulated stand while Hasbro won't even give you a basic stand with their $55 Flight Pod.
Well from what we get with these figures for $25 is more than anything Hasbro has ever given us with Marvel Legends. So to anyone who has their worries and their doubts about these Street Fighter Figures or any other action figure that Jada Toys has produced so far has to keep in mind that Jada Toys have only recently started making action figures half a year ago or more, before this, they made a lot of metal die cast collectibles and toy cars from what I saw. They've been making these metal die cast statues and toy model vehicles for a while now and are still making more as we speak. Just wanted to point that out. Also loved the review man. I'm new to this channel. Just watching a bunch of videos about these figures because I cannot wait for my preorders to finally come in this month.
Really outstanding Street Fighter line that I hope goes deep. Also, I already had a couple of the Figuarts Street Fighter figures that I found on clearance years ago, and they blend perfectly with these Jada figures.
I really hope this line goes that deep, or deeper! Though they have said that right now their goal is only the 12 characters of the Super Street Fighter 2 cast (with a few surprises.) Couldn't help but notice Akuma was on the back of the box, though.
I have been tracking the arrival of this line for many months now (almost a year?). Every interview with Juhn has been spot on as he seems thoughtful, passionate, and humble. Looks like Jada is trying to make a major push to expand from their toy car line (which are great) into figures. The SF stuff looks great from what we have seen and I'm betting that Mega Man line coming up will crush it. Also, Chester Cheetah randomly appears
With the longer lighter hair, I think I might prefer this Ryu over the Figurarts one. Like if a miracle happens and these actually show up at my Target, I think I'd be so inclined to do a switcheroo with a very expensive import figure. God, just imagine if one day they could actually do Marvel vs Capcom Marvel figs. Or better yet, hasbro loses the Marvel license entirely. I mean not that Jada could afford that IP, but one can dream.
The articulation on these figures right out of the box are SMOOV. The $25 price-point is glorious. I'm buying into this line so bad that I pray they get the MK license. Can't wait for Balrog! With Fei Long, need me a knockoff Bruce Lee vs Mike Tyson 😜
Interesting. Also the Thumbnail is funny. LOL 😆 Actually about the hands in the Hadouken, when I was playing Street Fighter IIs in the 30th Anniversary Collection, I did notice the Hadoukens having hands in them while editing my Gameplay Footages just to cut-out certain clips.
hope sales are good so they finish the whole lineup. i forgot where i saw it but the Jada guy was saying that's the goal. And i have yet to see a negative review of these toys so far. And finally a chun li that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars :) they gotta make it to cammy now lol
Excellent review. Jada is off to a good start. Excited to hopefully find them in the wild. Personally I’m not completely sold on the heads sculpts. Screaming heads are a must and the skin tone is too orange for my liking but it’s so promising.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm already all in on this line. They seem to be what I've been waiting for in a Street Fighter Series. Ryu and Fei Long dropped into my Pile-o-Loot just today. Chun Li got pre-ordered the day she became available. And btw, I saw in another interview that they are already planning to make Zangief, Sagat, and T. Hawk be $30 deluxe figures because of the size difference. Possibly Honda too, though they acted like they hadn't decided for certain on him.
I grabbed the Ryu right after the guy put him out since they only had one. Plan on picking up Fei. This is a line I’ll pick & choose who I get, not all in. Love the Master Sword scroll behind you, I been all about the new Zelda game

These figures are great even ignoring the price point. My Ryu has a stress mark on his pec/butterfly joint so hope I can find another, but otherwise just perfect toys.
As a collector of Sota Toys, these ones are a big upgrade, personal, I never like Chun-Li from Sota, but this one of Jada looks amazing, I hope they will make Cammy, Sakura and maybe Rose. Guy and Guile will be a most have too. My only issue with this line is, they aren't on Amazon, which is a shame, since I can't use my coupons on them.
I knew these were gonna be good, but damn they delivered and then some. Jada is the company to keep an eye on for the next few years I think. They've already surpassed Mattel and Hasbro in the 1/12 scale domestic retail space in price AND quality and they've only been doing them for a few years, so I can't wait to see what comes next for them.

The price for everything you get, articulation, sculpt, paint, and QC is hard to argue there are better SFII era figures on the market. Heck, if Jada keeps up these standards, they could make a jab at best SFII figures ever.
SOTA was an awesome company, especially their Now Playing movie fig line. I really miss 'em, and especially Palisades. Loved their Muppets figures. Between that and Ren & Stimpy, they could've been a superior Super7. Just really sucks Brian Flynn was the one to make a deal with getting ThunderCats and such 😞.
Hatter, Jada does quality work. I did get a Fei long he seems to be the best in working with other lines as well. I hope to find the others in time. You and your boy are a trip, keep the hobby fun. 👍✌️
I think the SOTA Street Fighter line was probably my first jump into "collectible" figures. I always had TMNT but those were easy to find, the SOTA figures I had to get from GameStop. I wish I kept them better now as an adult but as soon as I find or BBTS ships them this is the line for me.
Jada Toys actually been around since late 90's , their main focus was die cast but they're fairly new to the action figure game....but i do agree these are outstanding i picked up both as well and i messed with them so long i looked up and the time went by so much that i didn't realize how much i was fooling around with them.
I have Jada’s Universal Monsters. Great figs. I knew these SF figs would cut the mustard. Mine on way from BBTS. BTW, not sure if it’s my phone or your video camera and lighting or a combination of all but you’re Ryu looks like Simpsons Ryu. Lol
I'm so glad I don't have any interest in these particular figures, or I'd be goin' nuts with not finding 'em. Here in upstate SC, there's no Jada at all. Now I am _super excited_ to get the remaining OG characters that Figurarts never made....cause these will blend in perfectly. Hopefully by the time they release Dhalsim, it'll be easier to get 'em. Crazy how this diecast car company just started making figs with Universal Monsters, and now with their second go-round, they've already upped it to near import level quality for 25 fuckin' dollars! Real collectors hunt and scrap to find figures. They dont sit there and beg for free samples and shill. Hatter is one of the last collectors who keeps it real.

I love Storm collectibles but the price tag is a lil high but that Sheeva they just came out with might be my first one. She was my favorite on MK3 I love 4 arm characters. That being said Jada needs to do MK also
