My nephew is a US Marine. My uncle was a Marine with the Occupation Forces in Japan for three years after WWII. These Swedish FB90 boats look SHARP. So glad Sweden 🇸🇪 is now in NATO. AS former USAF, I respect the Air Force of Sweden. The Drakken fighter jet is truly world class. I hope I spelled that right.🇺🇸🦅🇸🇪

These exercises are designed to make all participants operate instantly together when needed.

These boats look like a souped up modernized version of the WWII PT boat. They were bad ass!! As person living in the north, those life vests cracked me up. I would guess that anyone going into the water has SECONDS to get out and dried off before hypothermia sets in. You don't have to worry about drowning. Hypothermia will get you first.
As a US Marine I trained with Norway 4 times. It's great to see them in Sweden
"bi lateral composed company" means sailors from two different groups or navies (bi) come together to form one naval combat group, which is the whole point of joint exercises. Bilateral means two.
Those hovercraft were really cool!!! Made me think of GI Joe.
This American really likes the Combat Boat 90.🤗
I have seen this before and near the end, I think I heard that we now have some of these boats, but called a different name.

Welcome to NATO, please enjoy this complimentary hovercraft. Also, I agree, that boat is way too badass to be called a "Combat Boat 90." We Americans would have named it something absolutely ridiculous but appropriate like the "JM109 Blood Orca" or something.

Great to see America & Sweden working together. This is a really great combination along with the Finns too. Huge NATO exercise 2-3 weeks ago. Great video of the Finnish, Swedish and American Marines working together with a US Navy landing ship.

I think both are technically correct (or I've heard it both ways, at least), but that's how I pronounce it too.
This is good for Sweden. But I doubt the American Military would ever have to rely on foreign transports.

Nothing is controversial. Sweden is not Ukraine. I trained in Sweden even before they joined OTAN
