Some of the equipment shown in this video is from other militaries or is of retired/obsolete equivalent. The US military no longer uses tube artillery greater than 155mm in diameter. It longer has ships with multiple turrets of big naval guns. Some equipment attributed to a specific service branch are in other service branches.
Your ability to read numbers is better than a robot saying them. Yes, billions.

Came here to say that ;) This is the number they decided to admit to. This doesn't even count - and can not count - the top secret weapons and of course, the ones being built. Expect drones to play a huge part in the future. Those are just not counted yet.

The Aircraft carrier they show a photo of was the one my Dad served on, CVS-11, Intrepid. Now a museum in NYC. But the photo of the Corvette is a Saudi ship. 🤔

I remember hearing that the #1 and #2 largest Air Forces on the Planet are the USAF & the USN. Not sure if its true, but this amuses me.
It is true. And the USN mothball fleet is the 2d largest navy…after the active USN.

"Rocket Projectors" Is a bit of an out-dated term as well. They still can fire unguided rockets, and are still in the inventory, but for the most part these are guided missile launchers that can also fire rockets.

We're not the largest in size soldiers in the world, BUT largest when it comes to up-to-date tech. then yeah. More importantly, they are trained professionally. Wish $200 billion send back to health care and still be ahead of the curve on tech for military vs the world. Odd thing, Swedes has some awesome tech for once a neutral country, same goes for all in NATO even non-Nato allies, which I cannot see the adversaries are somehow better than all allied tech combined.
And a large portion of all our helicopters are being replaced
The Blackhawk is being replaced with the V-280 Valor Tiltrotor aircraft which almost doubles the top speed to 345mph and gives six times the range to 2417 miles.
In a big war it's not what you got but what you can replace. This is wear it gets tricky. Full out after a year, f16 and f35 and f15 will be made a half dozon per day. Ships give us a year maybe two and we'll have 200 ship per year of various types. Thats my guess, but we have allies.
Yeah I would like to see when is Sweden's too I've seen some of the military equipment out of Sweden going to Ukraine and it is awesome so yes it would be nice if you showed it

G'Day Recky and Everyone. As always, the USA has some stuff they are prepared to share, and it is always cool. I was thinking how I'd like the idea of a little look at a Swedish jet perhaps. Then Recky himself suggested a little look at the Swedish forces. What a great idea. Oh, and I would get to learn more about some Swedish tech on jets; nice.

i have to laugh cause a lot of the pictures of the airplanes shown are not US aircraft in this video.
I agree this is a bad video that showed a lot of equipment that was not U.S. equipment.
With Putin threatening Gotland, you might see some American forces there while Sweden builds up their presence on the island. At a minimum, it should put Kaliningrad (or should I say Königsberg?) at risk. Its location in the Baltic Sea should make it the key to denying the Russian Baltic Fleet access to the Atlantic, lest it resemble much of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.

Tearing each other apart, the popular Republicans v Democrats thing and vice versa is a political enemies wet dream. We need to band together with our fellow US citizens. It is harder to do because of the physical reactions our bodies go through when fear inspired hate is encouraged. It is a physical addiction without taking pills. Much media has pushed this because it ups their numbers. They make cash off that, so they are OK trading the safety of our citizens, military, allies and nation for money. 😒
