When it stops packing 😁 Honestly it's something you learn. You can tell the weight difference as it fills up. All new trucks have scales that give you a pretty good estimate of payload. General rule for us is wet garbage or organics is 2½-3 hours or to hit legal payload. Recycle and dry waste will stop packing before being overweight.
Recycling does nothing. It all came from the ground and it’s going back in. Matter can not be created nor destroyed. Everything here on this planet has always a been here and always will be.
